Master Logo
Our main logo features a name element combined with a triangle graphic, which can also function as a standalone logo symbol.
The logo is versatile and available in both a color and a white version. The color variant is designed for use on light backgrounds, while the white version is ideal for dark backgrounds.
Proper Usage of the Bluestone PIM Logo
Clear Space:
Maintain sufficient clear space around the logo to ensure visibility and impact. Avoid placing other elements too close.

Color Integrity:
Use the logo only in approved brand colors.
Scale Proportionally:
When resizing the logo, maintain its original proportions to avoid stretching or distortion.
Contrast and Backgrounds:
Always place the logo on contrasting backgrounds to ensure clear visibility and readability. If the background color is too similar to the logo’s colors, opt for an alternate version, such as the monochrome variant, to maintain clarity and brand consistency.

Misuses of the Bluestone PIM Logo

Do Not Alter Colors: Avoid changing the colors to non-brand colors or using gradient effects that differ from the original.

No Distortion: Do not stretch, skew, or rotate the logo. Any manipulation that alters its original aspect ratio is not allowed.

Avoid Adding Effects: Do not add shadowing, glow, or other visual effects to the logo.

Do Not Combine with Other Graphics: Avoid placing the logo inside other shapes or alongside competing visual elements that interfere with its clear space.

No Cropping or Reconfiguration: Do not crop the logo or separate its elements. It should always appear as a complete and cohesive unit.

No Use on Busy Backgrounds: Avoid placing the logo on busy or overly textured backgrounds where it loses visibility.

Structure images
Effective image structure is essential for creating a consistent and visually engaging experience on Bluestone PIM. Images on the platform are more than visual aids; they convey information, reinforce brand identity, and align with Bluestone PIM’s values of clarity and functionality.
This guide outlines best practices for structuring images to ensure a cohesive brand narrative across the platform. From minimalistic design and balanced composition to subtle color use and clear iconography, these principles help create impactful and cohesive visuals that resonate with our target audience.
Clean and Minimalistic Design
Each photo should have a clean, minimalistic design that avoids clutter and focuses on the main subject or concept. Bluestone PIM emphasizes simplicity and clarity, so images should reflect this by focusing on essential elements without unnecessary distractions.
In the Real Estate Industry image with the modern house, the background is clean, with soft colors that don’t compete with the main subject, allowing the house to stand out.

Subtle Backgrounds or White Space
A subtle or neutral background helps draw attention to the primary subject. This is especially important for images showcasing specific product categories or industries, as it allows viewers to focus on the message without being distracted by overly busy backgrounds.
In the ARK Bokhandel image with the laptop, the clean, white background with minimal accessories (a cup and plants) creates a focused environment that highlights the e-commerce interface.
Emphasis on Product or Concept
Photos should clearly represent the product or concept without ambiguity. For instance, if highlighting Bluestone PIM’s features for a specific industry, the subject matter should be immediately recognizable.
The ROI of PIM image visually communicates financial calculation and ROI, a direct representation of PIM’s value proposition.

Incorporating Icons and Graphics
In certain images, like conceptual visuals, incorporating simple icons or graphics that align with the PIM theme can make the message clearer. Icons should be minimalistic and on-brand, avoiding excessive detail.
The AI Linguist and Translation image includes icons for translation and document management, clearly conveying the concept of multilingual capabilities.
Balanced Composition and Spacing
A well-balanced composition with sufficient white space around the subject creates a polished, professional look. Avoid crowding elements together; instead, use spacing to ensure each part of the image is easily identifiable and aesthetically pleasing.
The AI-Enriched Descriptions mind map uses balanced spacing around the central Bluestone PIM logo, with each description type placed equidistantly, creating a harmonious layout.

Font Family
To ensure a consistent and professional look, Bluestone PIM uses the Montserrat font with specific styling guidelines: He’s available to help clarify and guide you through any brand-related inquiries.
Font Weight and Emphasis: Use Montserrat Bold or Semi-Bold to highlight key terms, drawing attention to important phrases. Montserrat Regular is ideal for supporting text, keeping the design clean and balanced.
Font Sizing and Hierarchy: Headlines should be bold and larger for emphasis, while smaller body text works well in Montserrat Regular or Light, ensuring readability.

Spacing and Line Height: Maintain ample spacing between lines and elements for clarity, particularly in mobile-friendly designs.
Color Usage: Stick to brand-aligned colors, using dark text on light backgrounds or light text on dark backgrounds, to keep a professional tone.
Alignment: Use consistent center or left alignment for visual harmony, with center alignment for short phrases and left alignment for longer text.
Following these guidelines helps create a cohesive, polished look that aligns with Bluestone PIM’s brand identity.
